SAARCLAW Nepal was established on 29th November, 1993 with the membership of 11 legal luminaries and Chapter President being the then Hon’ble Justice T. P. Rana, Judge, Supreme Court of Nepal. Currently, SAARCLAW Nepal is led by Hon’ble Justice Mrs. Sapana Pradhan Malla, Judge, Supreme Court of Nepal. In its more than 24 years of existence, the SAARCLAW Nepal has persistently worked towards the achievement of its objectives of bringing together the legal communities of the nation for closer co-operation, development of understanding, exchange of ideas, dissemination of legal information and to use and develop law as a source and an instrument towards social change for development. SAARCLAW Nepal has brought numerous lawyers, judges, academics within its fold. SAARCLAW Nepal now has more than 115 legal luminaries as the member of SAARCLAW.
